A Technology and Business Studies graduate, Caroline initially worked in the City of London where she trained as an Investment Analyst and worked for Crown Agents and Charterhouse Bank.
She returned to Scotland and ran three companies before moving into business consultancy and then joining Oracle as a global industry advisor for 16 years and is now an Independent Digital Business Transformation Consultant.
She chairs The Tech Partnership Scotland and sits on various Boards and Committees including Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Funding Council, Glasgow Caledonian University Court, The Data Lab, Scottish Government’s Strategic Group on Work and Women, the Scottish Government’s Digital Scotland Business Excellence Board and the Scottish Police Authority.
Caroline's appointment is from 4 October 2015 to 3 October 2019.
