Paul McKelvie OBE

Paul is a training and development professional who worked with ScottishPower between 1990 and 2007, initially as training manager, thereafter as head of ScottishPower Learning and finally as Corporate Responsibility Director. He has an MSc in Human Resource Strategy, and in 2005 he was awarded an OBE for services to Lifelong Learning in Scotland. He is a member of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills'. He is a member of the Goodison Group in Scotland and runs his own consultancy focussing on Corporate Social Responsibility.

Paul is also a board member of Skills Development Scotland. 

Paul's appointment ends on 3 October 2015.
