Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Details you provide are for the purpose of populating the Scottish Funding Council's contact database and to personalise your use of the SFC web site. We need this database in order to provide you with accurate information and services regarding funding council business or similar further and higher educational issues.
Information that is already in the public domain may be available to the general public on request in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Any personal information you input into the database will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties without your consent. The company 'Really Simple Systems' is contracted to us as a data processor and will share this data on a secure server in full compliance with the our SFC ICT external data processing policy and the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
