SFC Tenders

Delivery and facilitated feedback of Insights Discovery system to SFC Staff

We are seeking proposals from licensed Insights Discovery practitioners to take staff through the Insight Discovery system with the specific aims of:

  • testing each member of staff and providing a report and feedback on their individual behavioural profile; and
  • enabling members of staff to understand their own behavioural profile with a view to appreciating how they work and to help them better interact with others (both as individuals and teams).
