Review of Scottish Drama Training Network

The Scottish Drama Training Network (SDTN) is an SFC funded initiative designed to offer enhancement, support and additional opportunities to students, tutors and practitioners of stage and screen education in Scotland.

SFC has conducted a review of the SDTN at the midpoint of its funding, in line with the conditions of grant set by SFC. The aim of the review is to report to the Council on the extent to which the SDTN is on track to deliver its objectives in line with the aims of the funding, and to explore any changes of direction or issues arising.

The Council's Investment Committee received the review at its meeting in January 2012. The Committee endorsed the review's conclusions and recommendations and agreed that SFC should continue to play an active role in supporting the Network.

To inform the review the Network submitted their SDTN mid-term review - reflective document outlining progress made and milestones achieved by the Network over the previous two years.
