Antibribery and Corruption Policy

This policy sets out SFC’s zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. It explains the standards expected of Board and Committee members, outlines responsibilities for preventing and reporting concerns, and helps protect the integrity, transparency and accountability of SFC’s work.

Counter Fraud and Financial Conduct Policy

This policy sets out SFC’s approach to preventing, detecting and responding to fraud, bribery, corruption and other financial misconduct. It outlines the responsibilities of those working on behalf of SFC, explains how concerns should be reported, and supports the proper management of public funds with honesty, integrity and accountability.

This policy sets out the principles and requirements for the acceptance and declaration of gifts, hospitality and other benefits. It outlines the types of information held, why it is needed, who it may be shared with, how long it is retained, and the rights individuals have in relation to their personal data.

This policy explains how potential conflicts of interest should be identified, declared and managed. It helps ensure that decisions are made openly, transparently and in the public interest, and sets out the arrangements for recording and managing interests that could influence, or be perceived to influence, decision-making.

Travel & Expenses Policy and Claim Form

This policy sets out the principles and requirements for claiming travel, subsistence and other expenses incurred on SFC business. It explains the processes for making and reimbursing claims and helps ensure expenses are managed fairly, transparently and in line with public sector and tax requirements. A claim form is available to support the submission of expenses claims.
